My care was second to none. A smile each day from sisters reflected on the rest of the staff & ward. I could talk freely to the staff, which was explained to me. I was appauled at the way some staff were spoken to by some patients, but mainly some relatives, this shouldn't be allowed.

Simple system. I wasn't sure whether to press the bell for the nurse as I didn't know if she was in or not?
News TV would stave the boredom.
